I got an offer today.

It's about freakin' time. It looks like a great offer with a great company. I think I'll take it. However, I am going to sleep on it.

We got back from the family reunion yesterday. A great time was had by all. Iris got to play in the lake. All parents of little ones got no sleep. Pictures will be posted soon.

I didn't get anything done today. Shortly after my long job search (I hadn't looked for jobs since last Tuesday due to the trip), I got the offer call and I've been too geeked to keep focused on any one thing for any length of time. I've even had to walk away from this post once. Good thing the house isn't a mess. At least I got the tomatoes staked.
